Well, we finally came to a final stop for the music video. The day after the coffee shop, we went to Angielica's house to film some parts and then went to the mall.
At Angelica's house, we filmed some parts where the main character is going through tough times. They have a hard time worrying about school, including their grades and college admissions. This concludes them in having a break and lying down on their bed from the stress. These have to be some of my favorite scenes out of the whole music video. It really emphasizes the troubles and emotions that students go through.
After we finished at her house, we continued our filming production at the mall! Although there were some limitations from filming at some places due to rules, we got the most media we could. So, we went to a few stores and went shopping around. Stores such as the movie theater, lego, pink, H&M, and an arcade! We went to any store that piqued our interest and we just shopped like regular. In my opinion, it's better to actually do certain actions than act them out when it comes to filming. Especially when it's between kids who have no experience in acting. But surprisingly, for having no experience, this music video came out pretty great.
It looked natural, and although it's not the most outstanding film piece in the entire world, it came out pretty good. It included a variety of scenes, and it wasn't too random because they all linked to the message. Now for the only worry I have left, will this same group last until the end of the year? I loved working with my teammates on this project and honestly think we made a great team. I definitely look forward in working with them for future projects. That is all for today, thank you for reading.
